Returns Policy (as of 5th April 2015)


This policy relates only to items purchased from the “Equipment Sales” area of our website.


UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE SOLD “AS IS”.


In the event the site specifies a Guarantee for any product, the customer shall have the right to return the applicable Product(s) for a refund or credit, as elected by the Customer.


Notification to OnBoardComs. is required in writing prior to returning any Product(s).

Returned items will not be accepted without an authorised RMA number issued by OnBoardComs.

All items are to be returned within fifteen (15) days of receiving an RMA number from OnBoardComs.


A restocking fee equal to 10% of the purchase price will be applied for all such returns, unless OnBoardComs at its sole discretion determines that the product’s operating condition or features differ significantly from those advertised on our web pages. Such restocking fee shall be deducted from the refund paid to the customer.


Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by OnBoardComs, the Customer shall be responsible for all packaging and shipping charges for the return of items.


Any guarantee is null and void if (a) the Product has had any protective covers removed or been modified by the Customer, (b) any repairs have been attempted or completed by either the Customer or another third party, (c) the Product has not been subject to proper maintenance, or (d) the Product has been misused or abused in any way.
